NEWBORN SESSIONS

Lifestyle newborn sessions are low-key, slow-paced, snuggle-filled sessions for new babies and their families. They are generally done in-home rather than in-studio, although outdoor sessions are an option in the warmer months. There will be no posing or wrapping - except occasional basic swaddling - of the baby. Baby will be safe in your arms for much of the session, and when they are not, they will be allowed to rest in their own comfortable, naturally beautiful positions. Since there is no manipulated posing, Baby is not required to sleep through the session, and therefore the age limits on your newborn session are not nearly so strict as with traditional studio newborn photos. The easy, relaxed nature of the sessions, combined with them being done in the comfort of your own home, makes them ideal for the otherwise hectic time that can be life with a new baby!
